... I'm not sure that you can induce negative buffs using triggers.....

But Evasion and Critical Strike share the same order string, so you can use either one as a base spell and get two for the price of one.*

Simple, if you create a Evasion or Critical Strike; You get the modifications for chance to cause critical damage, the amount of bonus damage (actual number or %) or evade an attack. For an item, you can create bash, evasion, critical strike into one item. So long as the 3 skills are set to true with item skill.
