MF Question

Just started up again after a long time off remade my blizz sorc been mfing alot lately i know i probably need more mf and what not but i've been reading and i've seen a few people saying they've had trouble mf then few answer there level wasnt high enough is there any truth in that? atm my sorc is 84 with 455%mf (counting my base 100%) i always thought bottom line was more mf=more chance then after 350 start with diminishing returns more magic so my questions are does lvl have anything to do with it and is more mf better or 350 the best?

Personally I'd say that 455% mf is enough anyways. If not more than enough.

I personally go with anywhere from 320 -360. I find decent uniques with this % but, I guess it's all up to what items you want to drop since they have different chances of dropping after a certain amount of MF.

If you have just started playing 1.11 go key hunting in Countess, Summoner, and the Necro guy in act 5 (sorry forgot name) if you can get 3 of each key for a total of 9 trade them for runes, and get your items that way. It is alot easier, and you will get the occasional unique and rune drops as well.

yeah i plan on doing key runs when my hammerdin gets a bit higher. thx for the quick responds guys back to mfin till my eyes close lol.

I would stick with 200-250, anything more is most likely just a waste. As I am too lazy to look, there is a nice forum discussion about this already. More answers and a better outlook will come from it. Just use the search I'm sure you'll find it.

My sorceress had realy good mf. Wartravs alibaba skullders topazed shako 25 mf ammy perfect chances 2 perfect nagles goldwrap and a splendor. I dont get crap! best ive gotten is like SS.
