Metroid ZM Challenge

Ok, I'm putting out a challenge to anyone here, to see who can play/beat Metroid Zero Mission(as the title implies) With only 9-15% the fastest.
I have beaten it with a nice solid 15%.

If you ahve never played the game, Download the Rom. Play through it. At best, a good player can play through it in an hour and a half. Whats and hour and a half out of your life.

yeah, except you can't. In reality a run through Fusion at 1% will give you in actuality a 14%.

The difference between Fusion and Zero mission, is ZM counts all itmes you recieve, while fusion only powerups.

Zeromission has 100 items overall, while Fusion has 115 items overall. In Fusion you need at least 1 missle expansion, but you get all other upgrades. so really you have 16 items. Zero mission it counts even those you have to get, which makes the game all the more challenging, since you get even less pwoers than fusion AND you only collect one missle expansion.

Fusion can be done without the one missle expansion, it's just hard. As for the counting of percentages, I havn't played ZM yet so I wasn't sure if it counted mandatories or not.

There are 9 mandatory items, hence the 9% being the lowest you can get.
