Yes it wasn't supposed to effect him, but other users.

As CoRt said Hitsua has been given COUNTLESS chances to be a good poster (would have been gone long ago if it wasn't for AvalonX).

Also we treat banned people like criminals. If they really felt they were unjustly thrown in jail (banned) they can appeal (talk to an admin through AIM). So I don't see anything good that can come out of this.
