Have any one found these boots? Or know some one who dose.. cuz all in my days in d2 never seend, found, or heard mention of these boots... and at www.diabloii.net the stats look pretty godly... do these boots even exist ?

Actually, that's incorrect. The boots technically do exist, but they are disabled. Think of them as another "Constricting Ring". Both are in the game, but can never spawn.

naw. diabloii is a pretty good site. they actually have stuff thats right. arreat is too much fluff. and too many graphics to load easily on dial up. i rely on diabloii.
