MephSweeper Came as windows installer pakage

Hey i dled mephsweeper and it came as windows installer package, i ran it and now what do i do?? and where do i read the README

do the following:
1. read this: http://battleforums.com/showthread.php?t=85435
2. now panic!
3. delete all mephsweeper files.
4. run a C: virus check.
5. if ur acc isnt allready stolen you didnt do anything wrong

You need to install WinZIP - it's a .zip file!
