Mephs council drops

i was just wondering since meph is lvl 90 and he can't drop a wf or gf can his lvl 93 council members drop a wf or gf.

do you mean the actual Council members outside the Durance or the super uniques like Bremm in Durance 3?
If you meant Bremm, no they cant, they have the same TC as Meph...
If you meant the High Council, I believe they also have the same TC as Meph and Bremm etc...

TC is 78 btw, that means only up to Eagle, Valor, Doom

yes ilv ant tc they can drop from are completly different

think of it like this, meph is lvl 90(like some barbs are lvl 90) his TC is the sets of items he can drop, higher the tc, more sets included. Since his tc is only 78, he can only drop Eagle, Valor, Doom, storm etc. A monster needs tc of 90 to drop wf(or is it 87? i can't remember) just like arkhon said.

first of all the ilvl of meph is 77, which means he cant drop gf, valor and other stuff with over 77 ilvl. Also, the highest ilvl for unique is 85 which is wf, gf, valor...i think thats it. Diablo has ilvl of 90 and baal is 95 i think.

b) Get your values right. Meph is TC 78 and the highest lvl for a Unique is 91 (Cranium Basher).
c) Get everything else right. Monsters don't have Ilvl's, they have Mlvl's. Items don't have Ilvl's till they drop, they have Qlvl's.

talkin about sojs, i got many sojs from bremm, so i always kill him... tho sojs are useless nowadays

and about TC... what about con ring? what tc did it have? if it couldnt be dropped
