Can mephisto drops everything?? I was wondering if he can drops a griffon or Tyraels Might :ufo in Hell

No he cant... Dont know about Griffon... But he cant drop Tyreals might...

Actually,Trojan says he got tyreals off of meph,and its always been debated to wether meph can drop tal arm/wf/gf etc.

So im not actually sure

i read somewhere that he can drop anything up to lvl 78 weapons and armour if your patient enough

If he doesn't drop it, then you are better off trying Diablo, Ball or pindle.
For some reason, I have better luck with items from monsters.

Think about it, I once got a Skullders from a Champion Venom Lord in a4 nightmare. And it kept trying like 30+ diablo runs to try and grab it.

baal is ur bet for the best of the best, he can drop anything in the game, folowed closly by pindle if im not mistaken.

i believe it was trojan that said he got tyreals off of meph and posted screenies way back when.

i got an soj back in 1.09 Classic USEast by killing one of those big guys with the clubs in durance of hate lvl 2 on my first nm mf run ever. (hadnt even tried to mf hell yet)
