actually meph CAN drop Arkains and Hydra bows can ONLY drop in Act4 or Act5 but even if they could drop in act three there are no monsters that can drop it because
Windy is Treasure Class 87..the highes TC Monster in act3 is Mephisto(TC 78).. Multiple player games are the best to mf in since the drop rate increase in the same manner Monster Toughness does in multiplayer games explaining the windy big D dropped.... but what cant be explained is this...Diablo supposedly
can only drop weapons up to treasure class 84..if windy is treasure class 87...how did Big D drop it???But he does ive seen him drop windforce just one of those unexplained blizzard

Baal on the other hand drops treasure class 90 as do
Pindleskin,Snapchip,Frozenstein,Thresh Socket,Colenzo,Achmael,Bartuc,Ventar and Lister
most of which take a long time to get to and fewer yet have very good drop rates.
But even though Meph can only drop up to TC 78 his drop rate is extremely high...so its possible to do ten runs real fast and look like this

3 meph runs??? by the way 1 meph run is equal to about 25 pindle runs as far as the drop rate is concerned even though he cant drop anything higher than TC 78 ...he drops a whole lot more
in a shorter amount of time.....buy the way those are actual pickit logs pfft...
