Ever since Age of Conan got developed, it seems that just ANY ****ty game universe can get an MMO. So let's suppose this: Disgaea gets their own.

Factions.

What factions would there be? A few come to mind instantly.

A) Netherworld - predominantly demons, perhaps with a few fallen angels, and the like.
B) Humans, particularily Earth - Humans, and we simply couldn't leave Kurtis out
C) Celestria - Angels, more angels, yet more angels.

Races:
Stick to bipedal beings, or allow some "Monster races"? Many Disgaea fans would be thoroughly "pissed" at not allowing prinnies as a playable race. And they would, naturally, be available to Celestria and the Netherworld.

The netherworld...

A lawless world filled with vicious monsters.

The number of netherworlds has expanded with the rise of demons powerful enough to rule such worlds... the Overlords.

If Mortal Kombat got an MMO it would suck ass.

A Disgaea MMO would have more than enough content for the base game, and expansions? Oh god, you could go on forever with those and not have to really create much of anything original to the game itself.
