Mega lags on Europe

Anyone else getting lags on europe server? Many people in the chats say they are. We are talking huge lags, where your typing comes up all l8. I've diconnected and rebooted and all that but still too laggy.

i play europe sc ladder and my worst ping ever wuz like 1k but the most often is 100-200
