Me Be Confused!

GAH! I downloaded Scxe but now i cant open it! sometimes a little window pops up but only for half a second! plz help

Ok, my more difined problem is after i downloaded it, i clicked on the icon but nothing happened. It's not that i'm having problems installing it, i just cant get to the installation program. do i need to put SCXE on my starcraft disk or combine the programs?

o and no it isn't black, the screen that flashes is the thing that pops up when your downloading something and it asks you if you want to open it from the webpage or save it to your computer... i think...:loopy :rainbow

hmm i tried it form another site and it worked! i originally dowloaded it from stromcast, but i tried some dutch site (took me about half an hour to figure out what word meant "Download") and it worked! Thx for your anwser tassadar!
