They won't put her in a bad prison. I know it sounds cynical, but she's rich and powerful. Her prison stay won't be nearly as bad as what any of you would have to endure had you done the same thing. Minimum security, too short of a sentence, early parole. I'd bet on it.

I heard on MSNBC that she will most likely be put in a very low security prison. It won't look like a prison either, most likely like a Mental institution. Just without out the bars.

She can get up to 20 years..Just imagine what kind of things she can do with her orange jail jump-suit. She'll probably get thrown in a womens penitentiary. She'll buy her way out somehow most likely.

20 years.... what are you talking about. I heard maybe like 16 months at most.

She was trialed for like 4-5 things and proved guilty on all accounts and her broker was found guilty on 4/5. The crimes she commited is like punishable by up to 20 years, atleast thats what I heard on a radio show. I think they're sentencing her in a few months. What im saying is the crime she commited is up to 20 years not that bet she will get 20 years. I'm thinking she'll get off easy.

Her ex-broker, Peter Bacanovic, was found guilty on four of the five charges against him. Each of them faces up to five years in prison and $250,000 in fines for each count. Sentencing is set for June 17.

But June 17th, god that is too long just to throw a TV star into a cell and throw away the key. If that is how the legal system worked, I wouldn't commit any crimes at all
