Maphack detection

can't someone just create their own private server and maybe see if they can detect maphack? Or you need good servers like Blizzard has

Not exactly it may be hard to get your hands on the programs the blizz use for there server to detect any hacks, unless of coarse u make one. As for Mouspad's Maphack for 1.10 i've been using it now for about 3 weeks, I didnt get a realm down once, same with the new D2Loader, which I don't like to use anymore.
