For Fast Money Maps, have any good strats as to units and d and management and tech, etc.?

(If you want early game defense)
Build 6 Probes.
Send 6th to base entrance and build pylon. Keep building Probes.
By the time you hit your max supply of 9, your pylon should be finished. Keep building Probes.
Build a forge near that Pylon, and another Pylon to get redundant Psionic auras.
You want to keep that one Probe by your base entrance until you're finished with your base entrance, which should only consist of about 12 cannons max.
If your enemy rushes, and you do this right, you should have at least 3 cannons ready to attack his units
(The biggest problem to this strategy is if they send units past cannons. In that instance, be ready to attack whatever it is with Probes, or build some cannons near your Nexus)
Next build a lot of Pylons in the main portion of your base for whatever building you plan on using the most. When I played money maps a lot, I'd usually get about 12-14 Gateways so I could have 12 goons/zealots buiding at once, and 2 High Templar.

Most people never think to use spellcasters in money maps, but Arbiters, Reavers, and High Templars can mean the difference between loss and victory. I can't tel you how many times it's come down to 3 of my templar and 4 goons.... and guess who usually won

I know there's going to be some people that may flame you for making this post asking about a money map, and me for giving a strategy, but you really do have to start somewhere. It took me awhile, but I finally grew to love ladder style maps so much more than I could ever like money maps. It just got way too easy.

Hey, for newbies Money Maps don't suck! And yes, I play money maps. Anyone have a problem with that?
