Square Terrain

OMG!! I've Been Looking Everywhere for a StarEdit Utility That Can Make Square Terrain. But So Far My Tries Have Been UnseccessFul and One of My Searches Led To This Site So I Figured I'd Ask Here.

All I Need is a Utility That Can Make Square Terrain. (Besides ISOM; Unless You Can Troubleshoot Me With That Cause I Can't Seem To Get It To Work. I Had It Working Once But Then It Just Stopped and this Problem is Really Bothering Me.)

Plz Help Me!!
