Map Editer Stacking (Can you help me?)

hey, i'm a hard core sc player, and i sometimes make my own maps, but im having trouble with my newwest map b/c i dont know how to stack minerals and buildings on campaign editor, also, how do u put functioning buildings over water?

you cannot do this with the normal StarEdit. You will have to get SC X-tra Editor at www.stormcoast-fortress.net. It is basically the same as staredit but lots of options and buildings can be placed anywhere.
