Making sign help!

I'm making a new account and i'd like to have a sign I got a costume sign and i wont to have in my profile but i dont know how to can somone help me? also i'd like to have somthing insted of "newb" in my name also a pic over it lol!! basic can somone tell me how to make my sh*t look cool??
