Making new spells

How do u do this if it is possible, id really like some help. the spell i want to add is a spell called full heal for medic.

Simple, go download aresnal and start modding your ass off. Sorry you cant actually make a real "Spell" onless you mod. You could use triggers and easily do it.....

Current Player brings at exactly 1 civilan to Location X

Set hitpoints for medic at location X to 100%.
Preserve Trigger
Comment "heal medic".
