Making mouse pointer faster

My Mouse pointer speed is already at the maximum, and I was wondering if there was any way to make the mouse pointer faster still.

It feels uncomfortable and slow for me. :|

I understand I could get a new faster mouse, but I was wondering if there is any other way.

1) Turn up the acceleration.
2) It might be just that your mouse isnt so senstive.

if it isnt an optical mouse, try cleaning it.

If you are using XP do this:

Start->Control Panel->Accessibility options->Mouse->Settings

What nobody listened is that my mouse settings for pointer are already at the maximum.....

Well, i think your stuck then other than getting a new mouse or cleaning it out if it isnt an optical one.

It sounds like a mean way to get things done, but they are all right. Some mice are more sensitive than others. Those expensive mice such as the Logitech MX700 mice have really good sensors in them, not to mention they have 2 instead of one, so they can get extra sensitive.

If you are hard for money, try and find the cheapest DUAL OPTICAL mouse you can find.

use a wheel'd mouse ... cuz sum opticals are set so that it can travel only at one speed

If your wireless, check your signal, and IN game if it has a sensitivity level, push it to the max, i have my mouse set so that moving it about | | moves the whole screen. helps in CS ;-)

SH1FT do you mean in only cs or in your comp 2? man comp would be hard to get used 2.. oh and if you can afford it go to circuit city and get a kensington optical mouse its nice and only 20 bucks other then that i dont have much info on the mouse i threw out the case
