Making money at 30?

Is it possible to make good money at level 30? If so how? If not then when do I start being able to make good money? Every time I get around 4-5g I end up spending it all on skills or gear or something else, and then I'm broke again. I need to find a way to get a lot of money so I can stop going broke all the time.

Farming would be to go to DM and just get all the Wool/Linen and rare blue drops to sell.

Grinding would be just maxing out on green con mobs until you level.

What are your proffesions, on my new char, in it's mid 20's on shadow moon I took engineering and sold fused wirings for 10g a peice and that's gotten me a LOT of gold, my friend in his mid 30's already has 200+, but he's a bit better at saving then me, I like to spend mine too, but yeah, just find something like that that sell's really good, like another thing that sells good on this server is wool, abouts 1g50s-2g a stack, at 30 you could probly farm a Lot of wool in VC or somewhere and sell it, but yeah, I just check te AH for stuff like that and farm it
