i didnt know where to put this but for the fastest answer i figured that people in here would know how. how do i make my sig a link to

This is more or less a bit more deserving of Forum support.

You would make that a sig image the same way you make any other image, or how you have it now. But you might want to review our signature rules, as the one you have now is already far over the limits, and that .gif is even farther.

Now change your sig, as I said it's too big.
