The best Nintendo 64 game I've ever played. If anyone else has ever played it, comments? This game changed my views on N64 sucking hardcore, being one of the most thought provoking games I've ever gotten into. Very in-depth with some extremely complicated side quests :D

That looks kinda interesting :D

I should note that I never beat Majora's Mask, but I beat 3 of the bosses and completed every person's side quests without ever looking anything up :) I don't have an N64 of my own though, or that game, so I can't play anymore >.<

I beat that game with the Fierce Diety and without it. It gets too easy after you beat the first temple and you start collecting the items you need.

oracarina of time was a better, but Majoras mask was an interesting sequal. It basicly was to short of a game personaly, and it got really annoting with the time thing. But I gotta admit it was a step away from conventional gaming, and i liked that.

I liked Master Quest over Ocarina of Time original. It makes things more funny and difficult :D

I never played it but my brother despised it with every ounce of his being. I think it was his least favorite game ever. Too many sidequests. To do even close to them all you (or at least my brother) needed a guide.

The only time I ever needed a guide was to get started on the complex maze known as: The Water Temple!

ocarina was better in many respects. in fact, ocarina of time was perhaps the best game on the N64 period.

the reasons why majoras mask sucked was because they plopped the levels all over the place while ocarina of time made more sense, the world actually looked like a world, where the terrain doesn't simply turn from freezing cold tundra to seething hot desert....

i found that really lame.

secondly, the story was not as great. it wasn't as refreshing as the first (ocarina) which came out to "wow" us, majora's mask simply said, "hey, i've seen this done before."

He really hated that spider temple thing, whatever that was.
The Forest Temple had its moments.

[Glow=Red]I haven't played Majora's mask, but I loved Ocarina of Time. That game was easily the best on the console. That, and SSB.[/Glow]

How can you know it was best on the console when you've never played Majora's Mask? -_-

If you can't understand anything anyone says, of course it'll be a lot harder :D

Not only that, but the dungeons and monsters are a lot more difficult.

I really liked Majora's Mask. I have the NGC collector's disc with all the console classic games on it (Legend of Zelda to Ocarina of Time).

The scenere was a bit...unbelievable, but that was the premise of the world Link was on. It was a different, alien world to Hyrule. I liked the dungeons, and I liked the challenge. My favorite side-quest has to be the all-encompassing side-quest of the game, getting the Fierce Diety Mask (FDM). I like the transformation masks, and I like the fact that you can only become Fierce Diety Link (FDL) in the boss area of a dungeon. If I recall correctly...I enjoyed being able to revist any boss and pound them with FDL.

I didn't like it as much as Ocarina of Time, but Majora's Mask is a worthy sequel. I did like Wind Waker better, as well.

I liked the pressure it puts you under. There were a few times where I finished the time resetting song with less than a second to spare, or I'd be fighting a boss and have like 30 seconds left before the end of existance. Plus, the way that absolutely everything reset I thought was really cool. Also, I let the world end a few times just because I could :)

I usually don't end up in a situation like that. Most of the bosses I faced were slain before like 7 pm of the Final Day. If I wanted some challenege, I could create a time attack where I would see how fast I slaughter a boss at like 4 am on the Final Day.
