Mage Macros

Could you guys please provide me with a number of interesting macros for mage?

I used to have one that pointed out who I was going to polymorph (it had things like /say (target) or whatever).

By the way, I'm not going to touch the game for some months, so there's no way I can test them, but anything you can give now will be nice

Healix is an addon that emotes for every spell before you cast it, just in case anyone was wondering. Though the emotes aren't like customizable..so macros can still be used for this.

What do you mean, Emote? It says what I'm going to cast?

Not that useful in duels, is it?
