i have a 43 warlock -spec 1/2 destruct 1/2 afflict- on zuluhed and need some questions answered

1.) Where should i go to lvl solo?
2.) Where should i go to lvl in a group?
3.) Im a lvl 285 enchanter and need to no where i should go to get greens/blue/purps to de for - illusion dust, dream dust, greater nether essence, large and samll radiant shards, and stuff like that..? -like lvl 40-50 lvl items-
4.) What is best way to make money at this lvl?

2. don't group unless you're instancing
3. don't d/e purps, sell them. drops are random as you farm.
4. don't worry about it.

I have a way lower lock but i was wondering what spec to level as? I think Demonology but like i said i could be wrong
