It's called "Tyrael's Army" here's the story:
As the last of the Prime Evils was defeated years ago in the Worldstone Chamber, Tyrael found himself with a very important decision. He decided to destroy the Chamber, thus trapping the evil the Diablo and his brothers sought to unleash on earth. As he destroyed the Chamber, his greatest fear came to life. The destruction of the Worldstone opened a rift between Hell and Earth and Tyrael was captured upon the dimensional opening. It seemed as though all was lost for Earth. Diablo and Baal (whom were never completely destroyed, but only engulfed once again in their Soulstones) merged Hell and Earth as one and began a reign of terror which would eventually spawn a campaign to conquer the heavens. Diablo commanded the resurrected Izual to trap Tyrael in a Soulstone, and destroy it as Tyrael instructed the last hero to do. Although Tyrael was trapped in the destroyed Soulstone, he was still very much alive. His tangible body was no longer in one piece, but his soul was still able to communicate with the humans that inhabited Hell and Earth. Using his Might, Tyrael called upon 5 very distinct races of individuals to lead the attack to regain Earth and push the Prime Evils and their minions back into the depths of Hell.
I plan to use this story, and d2 mods to change the ENTIRE game. I would appreciate any expericenced help
