Looking for a decent iPod Video (30 Gig) FULL COSTUMIZE Program

Yea just got a new iPod and i wanna experiment with my old 30 gig.

stuff im looking for is:

-Customize Fonts(Colors, Type, Size, Language, ect.)
-Customize Backgrounds (Wall Papers, ((Possible .GIF files)))


Yea Ok Basiclly Customize As Much As Possible
