I was reading the entertainment part of the newspaper and found this:
LMFAO!!!"Yu-Gi-Oh"
Rating: PG for scary combat and monster images
What it's about: The wild haired kid with the mad cardueling skillz is attacked by an ancient Egyptian god of the dead. Or undead? The thing with a dog's head. You know! Anubis!
The Kid Attractor Factor: If they're already hooked on the cards, you'll need a deprogammer to keep them away from this!
Good lessons/bad lessons: Friends stick together, no matter what. And just when you think you've got the winning hand, the other player changes the rules with new cards.
Violence: Monster cards obilterate each other, showering their owners in confetti.
Language: Originally, Japanese. Which is why the English cartoon-to-actor sync looks worse than usual.
Sex: Kids who collect these cards may never, ever have any.
Drugs: None. Though Ritalin is recommended
Parent's Advisory: Japannimatiopn has never looked cheesier, and the only reason this exists is your not policing your child's TV viewing and allowance-spending enough. Watch your kid turn dumber in just 90 minutes!
