At a quick glance, here is what made it on West:

AO_NewIth, minus jewels
08 items, but pic of 08 SS now looks like 09 SS
Duped 40/15 ias and max jewels
Duped runes
Wizardspike Gauntlets

Some stuff that didn't make it:

Hex charms
All white items
Armageddon Fletch amulet
X-factor armor

My bstring survived.. My 08 Hellmouths kinda survived... When i was checking what i had left, they were there, then when i checked again they were GONE.. im not joking either, it pisses me off.. Also ith blades appeared to be on my barb.. i could swing it around but couldnt pick it up. When i left the game it was gone.
