Lightning Sorce Question. (sweatyogre)~!

Hello all~! I'm currently LVL 82 lightning sorce, made accordingly to http://www.battleforums.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=837553#post837553 .

I have a question. I just went to Hell mode. Baal runs don't seem to be a problem. The only problem that i'm having is hunting solo. When i tried doing solo runs, i've encountered many lighting immune crits. I just need to know how do you deal w/ a case like this?

Just skip, and move on? or is there any other way around them? If i must kill the crits what should i do?

my light sorce has:

20 lightning
20 Charged Bolt
20 Chain Lightning
20 lightning Mastery
15 nova (for synergy)
1 teleport
1 telekenesis

attributions i don't have it by heart, will post later on.

gear

full tal rasha's wrapping
2 soj's
Marrowalk boots
Annihilus charm
Occy // and some shield.

doing 4~11k lightning damage
about 200~300 charged bolts.

Please help.

would a WW barbarian be able to hunt solo?

and to lvl him up, just do nm baal run for while, then go on hell cow startin from lvl 50/60 (I forget exact lvl ) you get like 2~3 lvls per cow run for your merc.

Mercenary is a very good solution to kill immunes.

In hell baalruns, the most annoying enemies to kill for a lit sorc are Souls, cuz they are lit immune and have 90% physical resist, so they can be pretty hard for your merc.

But The Reaper's Toll (unique Thresher) has decrepify, and reduces enemies' physical resist by 50%, thus lowering souls' physical resist to 40%. Plus, that thresher has very good damage, especially if ethereal, and ignores target's defense.

Act1 with WF is good. If you can use shako/gaze and COH. If not..shaft.

The guide tells you what to use for a merc. Where are you finding light immunes anyways?

I'd go for a second attack, prolly Forb, since it gives quite good damage for a low investment in skill points. Sitting around, waiting for a merc to kill things isn't really a great idea. And I'd go with an act 1 cold merc, or an act 2 holy freeze merc. One of the two.
