My build is and will be when i hit lvl 98:
Max Charged bolt(people say nova, not like it matters, u dont use nova at all when dueling or pvm, well its good for norm rushes cuz mana is cheap and with right lvl its decent dmg)
Max Lightning(this is the mad dmg dueling skill)
Max Chain Lightning(heres ur pvm owner)
Max Thunder Storm(awsome skill, good for mfing bosses and dueling)
Max lightning mastery(obviously lol)
1 to pre's
1 to warmth
1 to tele
1 to energy shield(depends, ur mana in duels drops fast...)
1x to cold armors(if u really want em, sorcs dont need def, just fast kills)
Any remaining go into the synergy for chain lightning or lightning that u didnt get(nova or charged bolt)
Gear: (not looking at mine right now but ill do best i can remember)
Um'd Shako
Um'd or Light facet SS
light facet eldritch(only if perf) or occy
Sandstrom treks
Armeggodon Fletch(spelled correct?)
Arachnid Mesh
2xSoj or 1 soj and raven(when dueling)
COH (these guys need resists, made a mistake and traded coh for a botd zerk., stuck trying to get another now)
Trang gloves or Magefists(prefered becuse of 25% regen mana, trangs if u need cold reisists. u need 1 or the other becuse of 20% fcr)
4-5 light gc's when mfing, 10 when dueling, make sure ur lightning facets are die only and near perf like 4'5 or 5'4 or go for perf(5'5) like mine.

P.S. if ur just going for pure pvp TS is an option, i think its good but with all synergies maxed on lightning i dunno what the dmg would be, somewhere around 20k i suppose. TS funny for nk or making sure they die if they are at low health and try to escape.

Shako, skullders, ali baba(ist'd) or gull, shield ss, ward(lol) w/e doesnt matter, just need a resist shield (the mf merc)

act3 cold- gear- Doom SS delerium(i wonder if he could actually morph, only reason i pose to use that) enigma(could he frickin tele? i would slap one on my merc if so ) if the rune words dont work use shako(10 dr n life) and i dunno about armor im lost on thoughts, just pick something good like ga, 90 resists isnt bad
