Light dmg q

I just made a light sorc im just wondering what the decent chain light and lighting dmg should be, cause it seems when i attack with cl the monsters hitpoint dosent go down fast.

the best light dmg ive seen is 54k my friend has 47k and another has like 38k. a good dmg area would b like 35-50k
