No. Levi offers STR, that's the only thing I see good about it for a barb. An Enigma could offer much MUCH more, same goes for CoH.

Either way, Levi is gay IMO and BOTD is sexy, but ya..don't think you need to get all hyped up over a hell ancient killer..lots of chars can do that.

Merc has BotD, shaft with poison die facet, and perfect gaze umed. I can solo hell ancients and baal....AND HES A SUMMON NECRO LOL! With my frozen aura and my lvl 16 clay golem most things die instantly before they get a hit off.

Levi is an ok armor (looks really cool) but their is nothing all that special about it. Now if he had duel weapon of BotD, and DOOM he would kill everything. Was he a WW barb? :nooob
