Latency problem...

i am having some latency problems for some reason ALL games have full latency except a few but none of the games that dont have full latency are playable for example, they are full also starcraft is using 100% of my cpu power how can i fix these problems im pretty sure the latency is tied into the cpu usage but i dont know

I doubt latency has anything to do with your CPU speed, specially on StarCraft. Do you have any firewall, or downloading program (as Kazza and similars), running in the background?

He's probably on a firewall Thongo. Don't you newbies have a sticky regarding how to fix firewall problems yet? Yeesh. :rolleyes
