BW or vanilla? I'm assuming it's BW since the laast van Z mission is zvp.

Get gas asap, defend with about 4 tightly packed sunkens at each exit.
Expand to the south and defend as you did in your main.
Gather up a large group of lings, hydras, and lurkers(maybe some hive units,too) and attack the protoss base. Aside from defending yourself, target the unit-producing buildings and probes.
As for the nuke itself, Mengsk's base is to your left and you can defend yourself accordingly(he's the only that uses nukes and tanks)

Once you've destroyed the protoss, the mission is essentially over. Take toss' resource nodes and go dev/muta/guard/scourge and go after the Dominion.

VS the UED, it's best to take the ground route. Having Devourers will definitely help, though. (some may get yamatoed, but you should have no problem replacing them)
Mass hydras with defilers(DS) and devourers maybe some lings and lurkers and the base should fall very quickly.

Note if your running low on resources, take Mengsk's.

Things to remember:
-Hotkey your hatcheries so that you're constantly producing.
-Take out the protoss BEFORE they psi-storm and maelstrom.

Good advice but...

You have no air support in this mission...except queens.

That's what devourers are for. They're good air support, if you use them with mutas.

Yes, you do get air support. Unless you're referring to " Drawing of the Web". That's mission 7, not the last one.

I found this mission pretty easy.
Since you can have about 3~4 expos w/o much of a problem, and no storm. that's the best part.
Toss will do some harrassments while you're expanding
but it's not that hard to pull em off, place few sunken colonies and couple of spores.
Get as many expos you possibly can, and classic hydrawave will do(fully upgraded)

Just make sure to bring plenty of ovies when attacking since brown toss has ALOT of DT's, and it seems that DAs use mind control on ultra and ovies only.

When I did it I focused on the protoss first...then I did the next terran one...then I moved on to the final terran one. It is hard as hell. I had to reboot old saves multiple times. But eventually you do get it. You need lurkers/spore colonies to defend your base.
