bleh i didnt have cavities till i was 16 and i didnt brush my teeth/floss often like i do now.... yet i still get 1-4 cavities (past 2 check ups) :frustrate

I've never had a cavity either, and there have been times where I have forgotten to brush my teeth..normally when there is a film buildup I will remember to take care of that

That's what gum/mints are for SouLeSS The average American brushes their teeth less than one time a day...it's recommended to do it once or twice. Doing it more than twice is bad for you though from what I hear...because the more you brush your teeth, the more toothpaste gets swallowed...and I don't believe that stuff is good for cleaning your innards.

And America is probably pretty high on the clean scale, so don't go saying we are nasty >< Look at people in India if you want to knock on some teeth ><
