Laptop decison help

Wel...since its almost back to school time, im thinking about purchasing a laptop. I need one that has a decent graphics card, atleast 512 mb of ram, 40 gig HDD, screen size doesnt matter, Wireless 802.11g intergrated card, Atleast a 2.0 GHz processor, and below 2,000 dollars. Can anyone help me?

Yeah ive been looking at best buy, but...The MA tax can send it over my budget. Ive been looking at the HP. But before i had a dell which was ok. Im looking for a good graphics card to do a bit better with Hl and its mods.

Oh, well ordering a Dell or HP online will save you from paying tax. Get one with a Radeon 9000/IGP.

The hypersonics dont seem so bad. I kind like em...Heh...hell i might even reconcider my Decision on HP. Also whats RAID Support? I like Aviator CXS. So i guess these are kind like Alienware right? Only cheaper? The one thing is that the CXS has a low end processor and i was wondering if i could upgrade it to a P4?

Well at least you wernt a moron and didnt get a P4, or even more of a moron and got alien ware, 1k$ computers, 1K$ cases, wow, they are cool. Compaq wasnt the best decision though X|

Whats si bad about a p4? Also, i could have gotten an E-machines. I would have bout a Viao but i didnt have the money. So i bought the compaq.
