ok...i think i understand everything ive encountered here in BF, but i think i have issues with the language...
now i see a lot of korean people and some other people and i know korean people learn english (idk if its mandatory though) but are peopole just really good at english or is BF translating the posts for everyone based on the IP address or something? :frustrate

Nope, nothing like that. It's not forced onto you but, you do need to know basic english to understand 99% of what's displayed on the forums.
