Ladder runes?

Hey guys my friend on East told me that a grief Pb would be worth like 5 ladder ist runes. Does anyone know how many ist runes are a Lo and how many Lo's or Ist a Jah or Zod are? Thanks I really gotta know

grief (imho) sux but its worth like 3 ists in my book. lo is worth around 1zod or jah

it'll be a huge waste to spend a LO on grief....

Grief is mainly for Smitedin(dmg 350-400 <- hidden dmg, and counts for smite dmg)

So if it's high or P, then it'd worth alot.

P.S. - Around 3~4 Ist for Lo, and Lo is one of the most expensive rune right now on East.
