Yes, it is sticked on the bnet forums by MicahW.

However, I don't see how you would link this with the reset of the ladder. I think that's wishful thinking.

well the patch came when the forums went down, so maybe the ladder will come when the forums go down..

i dont know how forums going down will help get all the ladder people off of battle.net though...

9:40 would be accurate, since bnet time =+7 hours of pst
