The following changes will be implemented later on today.

What changes have been made to the Battle.net ladders and how does this affect me?

We have removed both the level and experience caps from all ladder formats. Players were previously limited to level 50 and 22500 experience. This will have no impact on most players participating on the Battle.net ladders. However, it will provide a mechanism to establish who the top ladder players really are. Tournament seedings will now better reflect players' Battle.net rankings.

Will it take longer for players over level 50 to find games?

Players above level 50 will have the same search times and possible opponents as a player at level 50.

What are the post-50 levels like?

Post-50 levels will be extremely difficult. While the amount of experienced required to reach each level continues the same pattern as pre-50 levels, experienced gained from victories will decrease, and experience lost from losses will increase the further a player moves past 50. Only the very best ladder players will be able to maintain a high level beyond the current cap.

All you has to do is post it in my thread. So this is the reason why everybody's acca in Northrend was lvl 0 ft icon . Now is the time for the real 1v1. No levels for now means 1v1 with best players ahh thats nice now

Ahaha. Reminds me of a player , again orc in Northrend he was 200:2 solo. (it was in 1.15 as far as i remember- the last ladder changes)

I guess before, Tournaments record affected player's stat %, giving them lower %, and playing with low lvls.

They're saying that now that wont happen..

He can still face up against morons who can't solo properly. Happened to me with my first 3 wins in solo ladder.

His ELL is pegged at 50, he hasn't played any newbies in a long time.

I don't either. Maybe he is referring to the kind of levels you face in Random Team or Arranged Team.

The Levels will now go above 50, but you ELL will not go above 50

Ah I get it I think. You can go past level 50, but your Account won't exactly say it does go above 50. That is kinda silly .

i think it should show next to lvl 50 a '++" sign.. hehehe so u can tell apart a player with lvl 50 and a player with ++50 .
