I dont get it - I have been doing some Hell key runs and nada. Are the Countess, Summoner and Nihlathak supposed to drop a key every time or is there only a chance? Does it take alot of runs before you get one?

umm yeha.... i think its like 1/30 chnce ur guna get a key or sumthin

I believe that there is a 1/34 chance of each item being a key. So if the Countess drops say, 3 items, you would have the following chance of finding a key:

1 - (33/34 * 33/34 * 33/34) = .08566 = 8.56% or about 1/12.

results
-> 50 runs
=> 6 Key of Terror (3, 28, 36, 44, 48, 49)
=> 5 Key of Hate (8, 17, 34, 43, 48 )
=> 4 Key of Destruction (18, 24, 38, 43) [nihla was killed only 46 times - immunity ]
