Just another "JED Help" topic...

When I try to run JED, it opens up D2, then it just sits there at the opening page. I've tried logging in for it, selecting the character, even creating a game for it, and it still didn't work. After a few minutes I get an error "Only one copy of Diablo 2 may run at a time." What have I done wrong?

Yup, and I ran it. Maybe I need to get the Padawan from a different site or something, in case this one is broken or something. Am I supposed to run it at a certain time? Or am I supposed to run it before I turn on JED? Because I'm running it before Jed, and I'm typing in the name exactly how it is, uppercase and lower, and selecting novasorc. Then I press "create init file" and it says "configuration complete" so am I doing something wrong? or is it just glitching up on my comp? Thanks

uhh.... broken? i dont think it can be broken....
uppercase and lowercase.... called case sensetive....

but anyways.... no dont try to get one from another site... make sure everything is done correctly, make sure padawan is in the folder with jed... if this doesnt work, uninstall both jedi (and all its accessories, which includes padawan) and D2, then reinstall D2 into games folder, not sure if it makes a difference or not but that's how i got mine to work..., then reinstall jedi

maybe u didnt type in your acc name and pword in jedi master

make sure it is in window form...
to do this make sure your advanced settings is
Args: -ns -w

D'OH! I didn't have it in Windowed mode. That and I didn't run the loader.exe file. I feel really studip. stipud. spudit. Something like that. Actually, it took me reading 3 different pindabot readme's to figure out what I was doing wrong. Thanks for the help, I appreciate it

Oh, and I have a question about Pickit. When it logs the finds into a .txt file, does it add onto the end or does it overwrite what was there the previous time I ran it? Thanks
