I got this in the mail today. How long is this process? The day i am scheduled is ok since i can miss the 2 classes and still turn out fine. but if it goes beyond that im gonna die this semester. is there any way to get out/get a later date besides playing the i hate ******s card.

I think you can call/mail-in and say you have a scheduling conflict. Not real sure. Either way the first time you're suppose to show up they do a selection process so you may not even have to serve as a juror.

But really, you can get a note from your school. They will usually excuse you the first couple times.

As was stated earlier, most of the time it's settled hours before the selection process is set to begin. I've been called up for jury duty before, so I'm speaking from experience.

Most likely you'll show up there at the asscrack of dawn, and get out within an hour of your scheduled arrival time.

You should have went with the crazy idea. You'll probably get picked so that they can have a diverse jury. Diverse meaning a rainbow. That way there hopefully won't be any racism on the jury. Which means you should be as racist as humanly possible - for fun.

I was thinking about that tbh. i was also going to try to be a dick so that the trial can go longer lolool
