Job need advice.

I got a sweet job offer a couple of city's from me. So I went to get the drug test (5hr drive). Then no one got back to me.. So I went home. Then called back said he'd look it up and call me back it's been 2 days what should I do wait longer or call him? and if I do what should I say with out sounding desperate?

Job is tight. I already got the job. The guys just i don't know busy and forgetful and hard to get a hold of. And ask what? word what I should say.

Definitely not. It would depend on what stage of the hiring process you actually were in, and if it's possible that something came up on the test.
