ok ok its probably a question too much but i cant see the picture on blizzhackers .com guide in english and now i dont know how to change what items it picks up

i was sortof looking jhj do runs and he left a furyvisor, (wolfhowl) and i know noone needs it but its not a bad item, so what if the bot does it for other good items.. so how do i make it pick up wolfhowl for example
