This method has been posted over at www.blizzhackers.com but I thought I should share it with the people who only surf BF. This method is NOT 100%, although this method has had the most success rate out of any method for me and many other people, if you got a method working for you, stick with it, but this is for the people who are having troubles. I ran around 254 runs then I got IP Banned by chickening (forgot to turn off) then ran 300 runs this morning, no r/d or gdne, heres what you have to do.
1. Find the files that look like D2040817 ect, each text file corresponds to the date, so this one would be the 17th of august, 2004, 04 = year, 08 = month, 17 = day, keep this up to date, dont bother with older files. Everyday you have to change this by going into the file, deleteing all the text, save it, right click it, go to properties, select the Read Only box, apply changes.
2. Find the file called bncache.dat, delete it, run diablo II, exit diablo, go back to the file, erase text inside (use notepad to open .dat files), right click, make it read only, save changes.
3. go into runpbotsor.ini and change TimeOut to 5, and Create Delay to 4, this is most important, also, changed your stasher to 50, thats what I did, and thats what most others are doing.
4. Run your bot, pray it works
THIS METHOD IS NOT 100%, If it doesnt work for you, reply with what went wrong, Ill check back on this thread to help, if you got R/D explain what you did, if its exactly the same, youre one of the unlucky ones, sorry, try next method, lol.
