JED_Setup NOT working

when i downloaded JED and went to click on the setup it frezzes about 1/4 through. why!? i want a pidlebot and that one wont even set up and the other one i cant figure how to activate cus there is no for of .exe. ahh help plz

well if you downloaded it from the right site, then it must be your computer. I didnt have any problem with setup of mine.
