JED: picking up of gems?

Hi all, i'm using JED with pickit and i'm trying to get it to pick up only flawless rubies... or even just LOG the fact that flawless rubies dropped. I've got a line in my pickit file like this:

PickitItem("glr", "Flawless Ruby", 2, "NORMAL", 1, 0, 2, 1);

but when I see one drop, pickit does nothing. i changed "NORMAL" to "INFERIOR" but that did nothing as well. Anyone have any ideas on this?
