JED 2.0 Question

I was wondering if there was a way to speed up things like casting spells and picking up items. I noticed in the older jed that the bot picked up stuff really quickly and casted spells one after the other quicker than 2.0 as well. I tried changing the delay in the script but it didnt really work. If u have any advice i would appreciate it.
